First Products

Our first product was the Spill Stoppers for the XL650 progressive press. While the XL650 is a solid product, we found that loading major rounds for IPSC resulted in very full cases. Powder would end up spilling over the press as the shell plate rotated into position. The spill stopper filled the space between the locator pin and the case rim with just enough interference to stop the case from flicking powder everywhere. Originally designed in PolyLactic Acid, we moved to Thermoplastic Polyurethane to give a little more flexibility of the product and allow for the same unit to be used for cases with slight variations eg: 38 Super Auto vs 38 Super Comp. The product was further developed to suit 45 ACP and we will continue to develop this item for a range of calibres.

With the great success of our Spill Stoppers, we moved on to other items. Our next product, the CMore RTS2 scope cover, was developed by our team to provide a better fit and ensure positive retention of the cover on the scope. This also afforded us the ability to customise the colors of the covers to match the color schemes of peoples rigs.

Development

Once people saw the RTS2 scope cover out on the range, we started getting requests for some other items. Many of these items are designed and purpose built to solve little problems people have, or to replace parts with aftermarket products that aren’t easily accessible. We use a range of 3D CAD/CAM modelling software to ensure the best design can be achieved for every component we manufacture.

Rapid Prototyping and Finishing

We utilize the latest in 3D printing technology to prototype products with a speed that cannot be matched. Parts can be designed manufactured and refined in a matter of hours. A wide range of materials can be used to achieve the perfect result for the design and requirement. All of our products are hand finished with care.
